Job Description:

* Graduate of any four-year business course. With at least 6 months related experience in manufacturing company.

  • Skills Required

  • With basic knowledge in SAP or ERPS System and MS Office
  • With good communication skills (oral and written)
  • With good negotiation skills
  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sources, negotiates, purchases materials, parts, tools, equipment accessories, consumables including maintenance and services based on requirements.
  • Prepares and issues Purchase Order.
  • Identifies, qualifies, evaluates and develops potential suppliers.
  • Evaluates, reviews and negotiates prices as well as delivery time to meet deadlines.
  • Follow-ups monitors and traces status of purchase order to expedite delivery.
  • Prepares purchase order and contractor bills and transmit the same to accounting Team for payment.
  • Prepares and processes documents for served Purchase order or completed delivery based on receiving report, delivery receipts, invoices and transmit to accounting Team for payment.
  • Follow-ups incoming shipments as well as documents like airway bills and invoices.
  • Expedites orders of local / consumable items
  • Maintains confidentiality of information relating to supplier contracts and pricing information.
  • Generates reports as required by the immediate superior.
